Here's how our collaboration works:
Application Process:
Step 1: Application Submission Submit an application providing details about your product, including images, expected pricing, and relevant information. Our team will carefully review your submission.
Step 2: Sample Review Upon approval, we will request a sample of your product(s) for a final evaluation. You’ll receive a free shipping label to affix to your product box for hassle-free shipping.
Step 3: Approval for Listing After reviewing the sample, if it meets our standards, we will grant approval for listing your products on our platform and ask for relevant details such as bank information.
Terms and Conditions
- Your product will be stocked with us, with up to 20 items per product.
- Products will be listed in the Local Makers Category on our website.
- Products from Makers must be sent or hand-delivered in proper storage condition, unpackaged, and labeled with a signed and stamped stock sheet.
Order Fulfillment
- If a customer orders your product, we will handle shipping using DIG-EDC packaging with your maker’s label clearly indicated.
- A sale receipt will be shared with you for record-keeping.
Collaboration Options
Choose only one of the collaboration options. (Can switch between the options after 30 days on one plan)
Option 1: Monthly Listing Fee
- Pay a fixed monthly listing fee of Rs. 2000 per product (variations included at no extra charge).
- For every two product listings, get one free listing for the first month.
- Listings must be renewed monthly, with charges starting for free listings in the following month.
- You have the flexibility to retain or remove any listing.
- A 15% stocking, shipping, handling charge will be incorporated into every sale.
- Payments for sold items will be transferred to your provided account details within 30 days, along with details of inventory sold and stock left.
Option 2: Commission-based Premium
- List up to 3 products for free.
- Pay a 30% premium to DIG-EDC per unit sale for the specific 3 products.
- Choose only one of the collaboration options.
- Payments for sold items will be transferred to your provided account details within 30 days, along with details of inventory sold and stock left.
Plan Switching
- After completing a 30-day period, you can switch between collaboration plans by paying a Rs. 500 switching fee.
